Updated ViWi submission

Volkswagen has submitted an updated version of their ViWi protocol
which has been accepted and published.

Patrick will give us an overview of significant changes, lessons
learned from production vehicles and so forth on our next call on
Tuesday. It would be beneficial if people give it a quick read
beforehand.
