Minutes tool

Some time back I provided Guru with this link, which was premature
since this tool was not made public yet. It has been for some time and
reminded to share it again since Patrick mentioned he was looking for
previous minutes on next F2F goal.

A couple colleagues are working on a template for group homepages and I
have been providing feedback on what would be useful. This minute tool
and other feeds such as RSS of public mailing lists, our Github issues
and commits, calendar widget, etc. There may be a session on this
during the Wednesday unconference.
