[Minutes] Auto WG 2017-02-07

Minutes from our short call are online. 

We did a stroll poll on F2F availability with some tentative to attend
Genivi and interest in earlier options.

Powell has had limited feedback on his JavaScript client spec and will
go ahead and put it into W3C Respec format.

Urata shared with us a test server running his test suite and reported
on his progress on assertions.

We surveyed recent open issues, closing Urata's on JSON format #132 and
I gave a quick background on Kevin's recent 135 and 136.
