Next F2F

We discussed venue and timing for a next F2F in Portland.  Some were
already planning for additional purposes on attending either the W3C
TPAC or Genivi AMM.

Most are not likely to attend both.  When we discussed it we
acknowledged the value of input and increasing exposure of our work
with both communities. The way we left it was we should try to assemble
some subset of participants from the WG at both events including remote
participation options.
