Please see attached for a pdf showing a simplified 'Candidate Logical
Architecture' that is intended to assist discussion about how the Vehicle
and Data APIs could be exposed to different types of client (both on and
off vehicles).

[For those who were able to attend the Autmotive F2F in Paris, this is the
same diagram that was presented in the Thursday morning session]
