Dear Advisory Committee representative,

This update establishes the reference draft of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunity for:

- Vehicle Information Access API
   exclusion opportunity ending on 13 November 2015 23:59 UTC

- Vehicle Data
   exclusion opportunity ending on 13 November 2015 23:59 UTC

These specifications were produced by the Automotive Working Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required. Member participants who
think their organization may have patent claims to exclude should
contact their Advisory Committee Representative.

Participants have until 13 November 2015 23:59 UTC to exclude claims
reading on these Recommendation track documents; excluded claims are not
subject to the licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this
