ITEM 1: Action items

ITEM 2: Next meeting date
The next meeting is on Thu, 2016-04-07, 1600h CET.


ITEM 3: AutoWCAG Git repository [2]
The repo contains 3 folders: drafts, outdated and specs.
The Git content is used to generate html-pages [3]
The conversion from wiki to markdown is not comfortable.
Suggested workflow by using pull-requests for contributons, which will 
be revised in the meetings.
No pull-requests will be accepted for the specs folder.
ToDo: Create a ReadMe.md-file and check, how to handle the algorithms.
Working with Git can start in April 2016.

ITEM 4: Review SC1-2-1-audio-only-alternative [4]
Wilco: Are there steps that could be automated?
Frank: Maybe Step 1, if the duration can be fetched.
Wilco: We did it before in SC 1.4.2 Audio Control [5]
Frank: But this is explicitely for the HTML5 audio-tag.
Wilco: The selector should be restricted to only the elements capable of 
playing something specified in the src-attribute(audio, object, embed, 
param).
Wilco: The wording in Step 2 is very specialized. Better ask if the 
audio contributes meaning to the page or provides information. Does 
decorative audio exist?
Wilco: In Step 3, remove " It should not contain more information than 
the audio-only content itself."
Frank: Ok, it may be, that the text contains meta-information like the 
speakers name or location. Will do the changes.

ITEM 5: Review SC1-2-1-video-only-alternative [6]
Selector: Discussion about the sources and types of time-based media 
(canvas, svg, etc.)
Decision: It's a manual selector; add a note that there may be other 
sources than video for animated content.
Wilco: On Step 1, what's about a slide with background-music?
Frank: If there are different player components, we should handle them 
separatedly. Audio-only and video-only.
Annika: Agree.
Wilco: Steps 4 and 5 could be merged.
Frank: Will be changed.


ITEM 6: Workshop planning
Annika: Prof. Bühler, Head of FTB, likes the idea of the workshop taking 
place in Germany, but the Technical University Dortmund would be a 
better location than the FTB in terms of accessibility and reachability.
The workshop is avised to be in late June or early July, Annika will set 
up a Doodle.
