Hi everyone, As most of you are probably aware, the activities surrounding auto-wcag have been slowing down a bit over the past few months due to restraints in time from participants. I've put forth a proposal last week, which I'd like to discuss with the rest of the group. I want to change the frequency of the auto-WCAG meetings from once a week to once a month. To keep things going smoothly I'll do a bit more steering, and we'll be working with the mailing list more frequently. For active participants I'll expect from you the following: - If you take on test case design, you put in around 6 hours per month to work on this.. - Those participating in the call should take at least 1 hour to review test cases on the agenda. - Work should be ready for review 8 days before the meeting We'll have a short meeting this afternoon (as usual) to discuss the details and assign test cases for the coming month. If you have any comments but are unable to join today's meeting, be sure to drop me an e-mail. Join us at 16:00 CET on our Google Hangout.
