Minutes auto-WCAG call

Here are the minutes for the Auto-WCAG Call:

Next meeting, Tuesday 10th of November 16:00 CET.

- SC1-1-1-css-images is approved for finalization
- We're running into questions about context change. Hanno is going to look
into this for next meeting and come up with a proposal on how to approach
this problem.
- Twan will look into adding a step of automation for detecting
moving/scrolling content
- Wilco will communicate with Annika about multi-page tests
- Frank will continue work on test cases for 1.2
- Wilco will start working on focus visibility tests
