Wilco, I am sorry I will not be able to attend today because I wanted to point out quickly one thing I noticed right away when I looked at the EIII Checker that Kamyar sent........... I know that the tests focus on single pages, but a component of 2.4.2 is checking for unique titles across pages in a site - which is being missed here. It falls under the human judgment unless one wants to run an automated comparison of the title elements across x number of pages in the site. As I see more of these type items, that somehow should be addressed, I will send along my comments.....
