Hey guys
My first draft of 2.4.4 tests have been uploaded to our wiki.
Having done this in notepad with a screen reader, it is likely that there
are a few minor formatting disasters in this draft, for wich I apologize and
encourage anyone to go in and fix up as necessary.
We can discuss the strategy and contents in the next suitable auto-WCAG
meeting.
I provide some code of links examples for some of the tests and steps.
Perhaps this is not helpful or, if it is, should be presented differently.
These examples could also be flushed out.
Points to ponder:
What about <area> alt attributes .. do we cover them in 2.4.4 and 1.1.1
tests or just one of them, if so which one}
What about active images missing alt tags (iif the image is the only thing
in the anchor tag not providing a descriptive aalt text is violation of
2.4.4 and 1.1.1, .. but to safe people work we should only test under one of
those).
