Date for authorization of the Swedish translation?

New Swedish guidelines for web development are almost ready for publication according to the eGovernment Delegation. http://beta.webbriktlinjer.se/

The first recommendation in the new guideline is referring to WCAG 2.0.
Our previous guidelines integrated WCAG. Now there is an urgent need for an authorized translation as web developers will have to follow WCAG2.0 as a document on its own.

Is there a date for when the authorization of the Swedish translation will be ready?
Is there something stakeholders can do to speed up the process?
