Inconsistent naming of anchors

Dear translators,

All anchors to directly link to a section of the document have an aria-label. In the English version of 2.2, this is “Permalink to this section”, in Dutch it is “§”.

Suggested text: Link naar deze sectie
Note: I don’t know a fitting translation for “permalink”, we could also use “Permalink voor deze sectie”
