dead links and a typo

Hello everyone,

I have found some minor issues in the current version:

-          Some dead links to definitions, for example on "dépendre", "compatible avec l'accessibilité" and "conforme" in the section "5. Conformité". These issues have been detected with the W3C link checker<https://validator.w3.org/checklink> tool.

-          There is one typo on the SC 3.3.6 where it is written "ln mécanisme" instead of "un mécanisme".
