VS: New version of CAT for Finnish translation of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1

Regarding the new version of the CAT for Finnish translation of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

We can confirm that
#1. none of the commenters who did not approve publications are
opposed to publication

#2. none of the changes constitute substantial change (eg. change in
meaning), which would require re-review

#3. the remaining 13 who did not comment approve (or are not opposed to) the publication

Dear all,

A new version of the CAT for Finnish translation of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 has been published.

The review period was announced on June 28th 2019, requesting for comments until August 16th 2019. 23 stakeholder organisations agreed to participate in the review process. We received comments from 10 stakeholders before the end of the review period. The comments covered all parts of the document: introduction, criteria, conformance, glossary and appendices. We appreciate all comments and wish to thank everyone who have participated in the review process.

We announced the new version of the CAT on Finnish translators' mailing list (public-auth-trans-fi@w3.org) and asked the participants if they approve the new version. The new version was posted on September 16th, and we asked for approval until September 27th. 6 out of 10 of the participants responded that they approve the new version before the set deadline. No one was agains approving the new version.

We request to proceed to the next step in the authorized translation process.
