WG & CG Meetings TPAC 2025

Dear Working Group and Community Group members,

We will be meeting again at W3C’s TPAC event which will be held in Kobe, Japan on the 10 – 14 November 2025.  (https://www.w3.org/news-events/w3c-tpac/#upcoming-tpac-2025)

As in similar years we are proposing 2 working group sessions and a community group session.

We are suggesting that these will take place at the following times (JST):

Monday 10 November Working Group  11:00 – 16:45
Tuesday 11 November Working Group 14:15 – 18:00 (followed by a social event)
Friday 14 November Community Group 11:00 – 16:00

Note virtual attendance will be available for all sessions.

Please let me know if you have any concerns about the schedule.  I aim to put our request into the W3C on Monday.

For the community group event to go ahead we require some content!  If you have any topics for discussion, demonstrations, presentations, or performances that you would like to share then please let me know.
