1st W3C Audio WG/CG Teleconference in 2023

Hi gentlefolks in W3C Audio WG/CG,

As we discussed in the last conference, the group decided to take a poll to
set up a new schedule for bi-weekly teleconferences so more people can
attend. The poll below shows the week of 1/9/2023, please consider it as a
year-long schedule.
