Hi everyone In response to comments raised during the Advisory Committee (AC) review of the Audio WG proposed charter, we intend to make the following changes: Don Brutzman (Web3D Consortium) requested that a liaison be added to the Web3D Consortium. Since that coordination is already happening in practice, we have added this item to the charter. Charles 'chaals' (McCathie) Nevile (ConsenSys) asked for "a sense of what the WG are thinking about" in terms of new features (while also not over-constraining the WG). To the introduction of the charter, we have added a link to the results of the Web Audio API developer survey, which aids in feature prioritization, and also a link to the list of new features on GitHub. The revised charter may be found at https://www.w3.org/2022/02/audio-2022.html and a diff, compared to the charter sent to the AC, is at https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2022%2F02%2Faudio-2022-ac.html&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2022%2F02%2Faudio-2022.html <https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2022%2F02%2Faudio-2022-ac.html&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2022%2F02%2Faudio-2022.html> Because of those (small) changes, we have given everyone who commented on the charter one week to raise any objections. Unless there are objections, I expect the updated charter to be announced and take effect on Weds 8 June. The start and end dates for the charter will thus be 8 June 2022 to 8 June 2024. -- Chris Lilley @svgeesus Technical Director @ W3C W3C Strategy Team, Core Web Design W3C Architecture & Technology Team, Core Web & Media
