- it looks like there is consensus to allow the living standard approach
- the transition meeting is tomorrow, so publication of the Proposed Rec 
would be Thursday 6 May. Ray, could you build a spec with that date?
- Paul, we are missing a testimonial from Mozilla. It can be in French 
as we as English if you would like
