   - Discussion on re-chartering; some objections have been raised on the
   charter for v2.
   - Discussion on privacy issue
      - Raymond to take some of the latest comments (from Paul) and create
      a PR to update the privacy section of the spec.
   - V1 issues:
      - Project V2

      to make it clear we're not doing anything more in the v1 repo.
(Mostly used
      by members for project tracking; v2 stuff is in it's own repo.)
      - Incremental OfflineAudioContext rendering

      moved to v2 repo
      - Unknown references in algorithm
      <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/2139> to be fixed
      in the v1 spec.
   - V2 issues:
      - WebCodec and WebAudio
      <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api-v2/issues/61>: generally
      agreed that we'd work together to have a useful api to support WebAudio
      - Create PeriodicWave from time-domain
      <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api-v2/issues/62>: currently
      planning no specific support, but perhaps we can write a short
document on
      how to do this using an FFT.
