F2F Meeting

The F2F meeting that's normally in person will now be virtual.  Hopefully,
this will make community participation easier since no one has to travel.

Dates: Jun 8-11 and 15-18, 7am-9am PDT. I think that's 3pm London, 4pm,
Paris.

items for V2.  If you're interested in proposals, comment on the existing
