Minutes:

   - Discussed some of the privacy issues raised in
   https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/2061
      - Paul talked about how Firefox has a mode to limit fingerprinting,
      but it's all or nothing, more or less.
      - Will add some additional text to say browser "may" return a value
      that does or does not match the actual hardware, such as the number of
      channels available.  Other things need investigation.
   - Triaged new V1 issues:
      - Issue 2095 <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/2095>:
      More investigation needed, but use media seems sensible.
      - Issue 2096 <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/issues/2096>:
      General agreement with what Karl is saying and chrome is mostly doing.
      - V2 Issue 54 <https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api-v2/issues/54>:
      Initially filed for v1, but decided we should do this for v2; no need to
      churn the spec for this minor detail.
      - Paul mentioned that Firefox AudioWorklet is progressing and they'll
   just implement the message port despite the lifetime issues since it seems
   to be a much larger web platform issue.  May add text to spec suggesting
   devs to use AudioContext.close() to close message ports so everything can
   be collected.

Next meeting on Nov 21, 9am PST. (Calender entry should have been updated
to reflect this now so everyone should have been notified or calendar
updated with the correct time.)
