Re: [Poll] WAWG F2F Summer 2019

Given that it is already proving hard to get a date to suit the working group I suggest that we get that sorted out first and then open it up to the CG. I agree that it would be great to get everyone in a room but we are never going to find a date to suit everyone.
I would also be happy with 3 days, I suggest that once we get some dates from Paul we decide if it is worth holding the WG F2F at all. It may be better to arrange a CG F2F.

Best

Yeah, I didn't expect too many to be able to travel, but getting people to teleconf in would still be great to get outside input. 3 days would be ok with me.

Oh, so you're thinking 3 days in total? (1 for WG, 2 for CG) Let's be mindful that the majority of CG members won't be able to travel to Seattle, so it's going to be a teleconference. I don't think 2 days of teleconferencing would be significantly productive. With that said, I am in favor of spending more time together while we have a chance.

I was thinking we could have a two-day CG meeting. If there's enough people from outside of the immediate WebAudio members, that is.

I think it would be really great chance to get others involved, in person, or virtually. An engaged community would be awesome.

If we can really "wrap up" the V1 work and ready for the REC transition, then we can use the second day for CG F2F. Otherwise, we might need full 2 days to finalize things.

WDYT - Matt & Paul?

Is this intended to be a WebAudio WG meeting or are we also going to talk about the AudioDevices community group?
