Cancel teleconf today

Since Matt has said he's unavailable today and both Paul and Hongchan are
also unavailable, let's cancel today's teleconf.

I think the major issues to be discussed would have centered around the PRs
for removing GC observability and for simplifying cancelAndHoldAtTime.
These were written by Paul, who will not be available.
