Hi Group,

First, some internal news. Unfortunately I've heard from Matt that due to
unexpected family circumstances he will not be able to join us for TPAC, or
work with us over the next couple of weeks. I will do my best to support
the group on my own and appreciate everyone's help, since I'll need it!

Our agenda is as follows:
- Update from Chris/W3C on formal CR request from last week
- Status of #1139 (Document unloading) which may be waiting on
architectural review
- Status of tests
- Planning for TPAC

There are no new blocking issues for CR at this time.
