Hi Group,

We'll be meeting at https://appear.in/audiowg as we have the last few times.

The goal tomorrow is to reach a point at which the WG is able to make a
formal CR request. Matt and I feel this is very doable. All we need to do
is close the 3 (yes, three!) remaining open V1 issues and get a modicum of
Chromium and Mozilla tests in place.

Review of last week's action Items:
- Paul: fix #1139, your only assigned V1 Blocker.
- Others: fix and close other V1 milestone issues (Status: PRs exist for
all of them except test suites)
- Ray: put some Chrome tests into Web Platform
- Paul: put some Mozilla tests iinto Web Platform

Paul, can you please get a PR on #1139 into place for review before the
call tomorrow? This is the only remaining V1 spec fix that doesn't have a
pull request.
