Hi Group,

Pretty much a repeat of last week: our agenda is again to review and
discuss the few open PRs and issues that are gating advancement to CR.

In particular, if you haven't already done so (that class of people
includes me!), please try to review Paul's DynamicCompressor spec at
https://github.com/WebAudio/web-audio-api/pull/1278

We do have a few new issues to review, most of them courtesy of Ray. One of
them is marked as requiring WG discussion. The list is here:
