[Xavier Faure] API To create midi file

Hello,

Thanks for webaudio.github.io/web-midi-api/.
It is very usefull for beginner.

I m a developper and i try to understand how can i write a midi file with
library on the net and after play this file.

The input  : Notes with a start/end time and velocity
The ouput : a midi file

Is there a simple API on web to do that ?
