Re: order of AudioWorkletGlobalScope script application

Another interesting direction to look at is ES6 module loading
<http://www.2ality.com/2014/09/es6-modules-final.html>. I still need to do
some catch up with the progress has been made so far, but it seems like the
worklet infrastructure will adopt this feature.

Notably, this might change our `import()` and `registerProcessor()`
interface. Or do we support both?
