Hey all,

We decided on a 1:1 correspondence between AudioContexts and AudioWorkletGlobalScopes and to talk about how imported scripts are applied to these scopes.

I am signed up to document this but I can't seem to find a specific issue for it. Does anyone know of one? If not, I'll just file a new one.
