AudioContextInfo question

Hi Hongchan,

I'm wondering as I work on the forthcoming PR for AudioWorkletNode
lifetime: why is AudioContextInfo a dictionary, rather than an interface
with readonly attributes?

I'm not assuming this is a mistake, I just find I can't remember or
re-figure-out why this is the case.
