Re: Web Audio App Demo

To be clear - that GoogleChrome/web-audio-samples was really just Chris
Rogers' collection of demos, and some early demos.  I'd be happy to remove
the index.html that points to other demos from that page, and defer to the
Web Audio demo-list.
