Executive Summary:

The entire call was devoted to the AudioWorklet features of the API, given
their high priority. We walked through Hongchan's examples and discussed
points of confusion or disagreement and options for resolving these.

At the end of the call we felt we had a clear and definite set of
resolutions to these issues. The single major action item following this
call is for Hongchan and Joe to work together and rebuild the examples and
IDL to match the outcomes of the call.
