Yes. The main problem that there is to solve here is to avoid duplication
of tests. We frequently add or modify tests (and I'm sure blink devs do the
same), so it's important to have a quick and robust way to propagate
changes.

 Yes, we are also running the web-platform-tests for Firefox's CI.
