This mailing list is for issues regarding the Web Audio API
specification. Your issue seem to be about a particular implementation
of the Web Audio API specification.

However, you are correct that this is a bug in Chrome, and you did the
right thing by filing a bug in their bug tracker. Hopefully someone
there can assist you. Glancing at your code, it seem correct.
