Amitay sent a pull request with a test for MediaElementAudioSource, and how it is expected to behave in OfflineAudioContext. https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/396 I'm not really sure, and it probably has some impact on both how we test it and how the spec should be clarified. Perhaps we could have a quick chat about that?
