Wiki updates / cleanup

Hello,

Those of you who visit our wiki several times a day (and who doesn't?) may have noticed a few changes there:

* Our wiki home (http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/wiki/Main_Page) is now much shorter, with a number of sections moved to their own page.

* The meetings page (http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/wiki/Meetings) was moved to its own space. As far as I know, it is up to date.

* There is a new page on contributing to our work (http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/wiki/Contributing) based on an old section on the home page. See my mail earlier on the proposed "feature request" process.

* We have a page on writing tests (http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/wiki/Writing_Tests_for_the_Web_Audio_API). It looks reasonably up to date, please coordinate with ChrisLo if you would like to help improve it, and help with the testing effort in general.

* Our publications and milestones page (http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/wiki/W3C_Audio_Publications_and_Milestones) needs some love. I will take care of it later today.

Insert usual note about it being a wiki, all welcome to contribute, etc etc.
