Audio-ISSUE-99 (RecordingImpulseResponsesEtc): Recording Impulse Responses and the following sections look out-of-place [Web Audio API]

http://www.w3.org/2011/audio/track/issues/99

Raised by: Philip J├Ągenstedt
On product: Web Audio API

These sections look rather out-of-place in a technical specification:

https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#recording-impulse-responses
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#tools
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#recording-setup
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#warehouse

They may be useful to some people, but they belong in tutorial-style content or blog posts.

Suggestion: remove.
