Re: Proposed Audio Working Group Charter (Call for Review)

Incidentally, I thought I would forward here; our AC rep is responding to
the CfR directly as well.  Google supports the charter, but we had two
minor suggestions:

1) The Scope section contains the text "...additional higher-level
graph-based API to performs common functions...".  This is a typo;
performs->perform.
2) The scope bullet item "...a client-side script API for processing and
synthesizing PCM audio streams directly in script..." should read "...a
client-side script API for processing and synthesizing PCM audio streams,
including directly in script."  (The current text implies in that section
that we are only interested in script-based processing and synthesis,
although the rest of the text does not.)

Without this change, the current Web Audio API might be questioned as being
out of scope, as it does processing that is not "directly" in script.
