Web Audio API sounds don't play through a BT speaker?

Hi All,

I just bought a bluetooth speaker (Valore, V-BTS207 supporting bluetooth 
profiles: A2DP, AVRCP).
I have the speaker coupled with my Samsung Android phone running a 
Chrome Browser.  It sounds pretty good and plays YouTube music, song 
files, etc. However, when I go to a web page of Web Audio API sounds, 
the sound does not play through the BT speaker (nor the phone speakers).
     (In fact, I have to not only disconnect the bluetooth speaker, but 
reboot the phone before I can even hear the Web Audio API sounds on my 
phone speaker.)

Any ideas about what could be going on here?
