Time confusion on 11/1 teleconference

Hello everyone,

I am sorry for any confusion with our teleconference schedule today.

I just learned that summer time in Europe ended on October 29th

which resulted in a time shift for many participants from Europe.
Unfortunately, the planned teleconference schedule
<http://bit.ly/audiowg-minutes> did not reflect this.

I will make another communication after reviewing our current schedule
again, so please feel free to reach out to me if you have a request or an
idea to improve our plan.
