- Short discussion on ADC and chartering.
- Including ADC means we can work on it without rechartering.
- Longer discussion on selectable render size for AudioContext
- It helps make CPU load more consistent, if you know what the
underlying hardware size is.
- It is very, very difficult to do for ConvolverNode (complicated FFT
implementations).
