First Meeting and Links for CG Resources

Thank you for your patience, things have been happening in the background and I think we can have our first meeting!

We will meet Friday, November 21 at 9:00 AM Eastern (14 UTC). You'll receive a meeting invite from the W3C calendar system shortly.
