The atta-wpt-example.py script is somewhat out of date, and reflects a
version written in Python 2 that uses the WPT web server infrastructure.
The atta-example.py is a more up to date version that is written in Python
3. There is no functional difference. I would look at the atta-example.py
to see the protocol. Or the spec, which is definitely easier to understand.
