Color settings practice comments

I read the  minutes of yesterday meeting.

I agree there is confusion over guidance on setting colors.

I think it should only talk about using system colors for forced-colors media query.
Knowing what we know now we would have only used system colors in APG  pattern examples.
I think we should remove most if not all current color information from the practice guidance.
Current color works automatically for many situations anyway, so no need to mention to much time on it.
