Please do a chatbot. We have 3 different chatbots on our sites – (general help, talk with a nurse, payments) and WCAG doesn’t have specific guidance on chatbots. Chatbots are like herding cats or the wild west and there are no W3C examples to point developers and designers to. Now we want links directly to chatbots from outside the app which generates issues like since you did not open the chatbot from a button on this page, where should focus go to when the chatbot closes? Top of the page seems reasonable. But there is no definitive guidance. Is there a proper way to tell users you are going from our general help chat to a 3rd party payment chat?
