APG Issue Triage Process

 Hi folks,

I'm a long time APG TF lurker as I can't attend the meetings, but I read
all the minutes. I'm Lola and currently lead the Web Platform Program at
Bocoup.

This new issue triage process is great, I have a couple of follow up
questions:

   1. When will the triaging begin?
   2. Is the intake group currently only Jem, Curt and Daniel?
