[en] Example Disclosure Navigation Menu

Hi,

Thanks for this very useful example. In the example, the dropdown can be closed with ESC, which is very useful. However in the "Accessibility Features" section it is indicated that
"Implementing this Esc behavior is necessary to meet the WCAG 2.1 1.4.13: Content on Hover or Focus<https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/content-on-hover-or-focus.html> criterion."

I don't think it is necessary to implement this to meet 1.4.13 because SC 1..4.13 only talks about content triggered by hover or focus. In this example the dropdown appearance is not triggered by giving focus to something but by hitting ENTER so I think 1.4.13 does not apply.

Would it not be more correct to indicate that the ESC behavior in this instance is a nice to have feature?

Best regards,

Sophie
