Hi, It's been difficult to locate information for web design for a Help button. Our team provides screen-level help for several applications. For now, our IT team has a hyperlinked Help in the footer of the menus. It's not very noticeable. We are asking for a "Help button" at the top of the screen so users can see it. I'd like to use a standard for how Help should be accessed. Any chance a solid practice could be included as a resource for developers of what a launch for Help should look like? Thank you for the consideration. __________________________________ Cheri Gerlach | Technical Documentation Senior Technical Writer | Optum Rx PBM Operations (AZ) T + 1-224-231-2133 (Teams) Cheri.Gerlach@optum.com<mailto:Cheri.Gerlach@optum.com> Upcoming PTO: This e-mail, including attachments, may include confidential and/or proprietary information, and may be used only by the person or entity to which it is addressed.
