APG Redesign Stakeholder interviews

Hi folks,

Following up with our meeting today and for those who weren't able to attend, I would like to schedule a 45min session with anyone who’s available over the next couple of weeks (starting tomorrow) to talk about the APG redesign project. Your insights would be extremely valuable to me and key to the success of the project and I want to thank you all in advance for the interest and help.

The session is individual and will last 45min. During the interview we’ll cover APG goals, current pain points, ideas for how we can improve it, your definition of success, and a little more. It will be a very informal conversation and I want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Lastly, with your consent, I would like to record our session. I will not be sharing these interview recordings but only using them to support my notes.
